GORDON STRACHAN’S woes continue after 50,000 Scotland fans pull out of this Sunday’s World Cup qualifier against Slovenia, it has emerged.
Following Scotland’s dismal 1-1 draw with lowly-ranked Canada, a result that should have earned Strachan, his coaching staff, and all the players a 15-year hard labour stint in North Korea, the famous Tartan Army have been ordered to stay away from Hampden Park following doctor’s advice.
SFA doctor told our reporters: “The fans will need time to recover from the 1-1 Canada injury. They could be out for several months.”
It is understood 40,000 fans have pulled out due to a hamstring injury and the remaining 10,000 fans have asked for compassion leave.
