A 22-year-old lifelong Celtic supporter has given birth to a Partick Thistle fan despite her husband’s allegiance to fierce Glasgow rivals, Rangers, it was announced last night.
Tracy McDell, a hairdresser from Maryhill, gave birth to the 7lb 8oz Jags supporter after a caesarian section at Glasgow Royal Infirmary in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The child’s father, Tobias, 23, told The Daily Record: “Ah wasnae happy when the wife telt me that yon breadsnapper was a Jags supporter. Tae be honest with ye, I cannae wait until he’s auld enough to go tae the fitba so that ah can gi’ the wee Jags fucker a guid slashin’ oan the bus hame”
In other news, it was announced yesterday that a West Ham United supporter has hanged himself from the bannisters after learning that David Moyes is set to take charge of the team until the end of the season.
