Facebook user vows to get up earlier after discovering half of her friends list are already online before her
A FACEBOOK USER from the Midlands in England has made a startling promise to get up earlier and log onto Facebook straight away; after learning just over half of her Facebook friends are already online and have been active at least three hours before breakfast, it has emerged.
The unnamed woman, who doesn’t want to be named due to her embarrassment told our reporters today: “I log on every morning after I drop the kids off at school but when I come back and log onto Facebook, I find about 50% of my friends are already online and what’s even more worrying – most have been active for about three hours before I even get out of bed.”
The housewife and mother-of-five blames the little green dot that appears next to the small profile images that shows who is online but vows to use it to her advantage.
She continued: “I plan to get up earlier and show them all. I have a few memes to start with followed by the usual crap like proud parent photos and uplifting quotes that are stolen from Google Images.”
It is estimated around 10 million Facebook users begin their social media activity at 6 am whilst the other 40 million stay up all night leaving Facebook on in case they miss something.
